CURTIS MOUTON
Curtis started exploring yoga in 2012 at the age of 19. Growing up an athlete he moved towards yoga as a medium for recovery and mental health. Beginning with ashtanga vinyasa, Curtis gradually gravitated towards systems that support recovery, and mindfulness.
In 2015, Curtis completed his 200-hour teacher training with YogaWorks. Since then, he has amassed another by 500+ hours of in depth studies with numerous mentors of different backgrounds.
Curtis believes that healing is not one size fits all and prioritizes personalized assistance while maintaining a collaborative environment that is energizing, challenging and supportive.
