SHAWNA DEL SOL
Shawna first fell in love with yoga while living in New York and working in theatre. The practice became her anchor in the fast-paced chaos of the city and a powerful tool for managing anxiety. A lifelong dancer and performer, she’s always been drawn to the mind-body connection and the way movement can open up both strength and stillness.
She is a 250-hour RYT who continues to grow her practice on and off the mat. Fully barre-certified, Shawna loves blending her skills into sculpting and strengthening classes that weave in the intuitive, healing aspects of yoga. Her classes are challenging yet meditative—expect to sweat, breathe deeply, open your heart, and tune into your intuition.
When she’s not on the mat, you can usually find her sipping wine, cuddling her dog, writing, or diving into books as a proud literary nerd.
